Because the International Airport Expo is organised by IAEMA - a not for profit association - we can offer you one of the lowest costs per square foot when compared to other international airport equipment exhibitions. Raw space outside is only US$17.00 per sq ft and inside only US$20.00 per sq ft. A standard inside 100 sq ft stand with furniture and lights* will only cost US$2,200 and with the specially negotiated hotel rates at The Rio (only US$89.00 per night plustax), your participation at the largest indoor and outdoor exhibition for airport equipment can be very cost effective.

European hard wall stands available

For those companies who prefer the hard wall style exhibition stands, these are available and are marked yellow on the above floor plan. The standard 100 sq ft hard wall package costs only US$2,500 including lights* and furniture.

Surprisingly high numbers of overseas buyers

The 2010 event attracted over 1,200 senior buyers and 18% of those that attended in 2010 were from outside North America. Over 2,000 visitors are expected in 2012.

Largest electric vehicle demonstration area

One of the key features of the of International Airport Expo is the 51,000 sq ft electric vehicle demonstration area and throughout

the event exhibitors will be able to conduct live demonstrations to their visitors. There are a limited number of electric vehicle slots - twelve in total - so make sure you book your slot early!

All members of IAEMA automatically receive a 10% discount on the stand space cost.
